Applying for a home

Our online application is being rebuilt. Until it is ready, applying takes one phone call — and you will speak to somebody in our office, not a call centre.

1. Look through the available homes and note the address.
2. Call the office. We will tell you straight away whether it is still open.
3. Come by and fill out an application. Bring photo ID and proof of income — recent pay stubs, or the last two bank statements if you are self-employed.
